If you prefer clean, more contemporary lines, this 1.5 story plan is for you! The Summit is our modern saltbox architectural design and this streamlined look is anything but boring. A few of our favorite exterior features include the cedar siding, oversized windows, metal details and of course the balcony off the second floor loft space. Through the front door you’ll find an office, separate dining room, and a kitchen that opens to the expansive great room. Don’t forget the large walk-in pantry, ceiling beams and an expansive primary retreat. Upstairs you’ll find bedrooms two, three and four—all with connected bathrooms. There is also a bonus loft space perfect for an extra office, playroom, gym or upstairs living room. The basement features a 5th bedroom, wet bar with a wine cellar, a large living space with plenty of square footage for entertaining.
