Alpine

The Alpine is our modern-saltbox, ranch plan at a humble 1,701 square feet. The standout exterior moment is the large bank of living room windows centered on the home, along with the stone accents, a metal eyebrow suspended over the garage and statement-making light fixtures. Step through the front door into the open-concept great room, staircase, kitchen and dining. On one side of the house you’ll find two guest bedrooms and a hall bathroom and on the other side, a private, primary suite. The primary suite features a tray ceiling, linen closet for storage, large vanity, tile shower and spacious walk-in closet. In the basement you’ll find an additional guest bedroom, pocket office, large living space with a built-in entertainment center, and a wet bar with an island for additional seating.
