The Brooks is one of our more petite footprints. While this plan might be smaller than most, it still features everything you could need! Whether you love farmhouse, European, modern, or traditional design, this transitional exterior can easily be customized to your liking. Some of the exterior’s key features include a front porch, louvered shutters, black windows and board and batten siding. In just over 2,200 square feet you’ll find an open-concept main floor with a pocket office, switchback stairs, a living room with oversized windows, ample cabinet space in the kitchen, a walk-in pantry, dining space, powder room and mudroom. Upstairs includes three guest bedrooms, a large hall bathroom, a laundry room and a spacious primary bedroom with an ensuite and large walk-in closet. The lower level consists of the home’s fifth bedroom and a living room.
