Harbortown

Our Harbortown plan is a traditional, New England-style, two-story, end-load design. The classic turret, gray shake siding, traditional trim work, oversized windows and pergola, create a classic coastal design. Through the front door you see the home’s grand staircase located in the turret and main hallway with doorways to an office, a front closet and the great room. From there you’ll find an open kitchen, living and dining room with access to a walk-in pantry, mudroom and powder bath. The second floor includes three large guest bedrooms, a hall bathroom, a large laundry room with ample storage, and the primary suite with a doorless shower, water closet, linen and large walk-in closet. The basement features the plan’s fifth bedroom, a living room, bathroom and wet bar.
