The Tomlin is a modern, European, 2-story plan with a natural and organic design. This plan does not lack in details! From the statement-making cedar stair column and cedar window headers to the arched entryway and courtyard garage, this home has curb appeal. Step through the full-radius, arched, front door into a spacious entryway. On one side you’ll find the switchback stairs to the second floor and on the other, a concealed hallway to a powder bath and office. Straight head is the grand great room with oversized windows, intricate beam detailing, a fireplace and built-ins. Some of our other favorite main-floor features include the large kitchen with a professional-sized fridge, walk-in pantry and the mudroom with a hallway of windows. The second level includes three guest bedrooms—one with an ensuite and the remaining two with a Jack and Jill bathroom between. You’ll also find the primary suite with a soaking tub and a walk-through laundry. A fifth bedroom is located in the lower level along with a second living room and spacious wet bar with an island.
